How long will it take for shipped items to get to me?
We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within 1-5 business days of receiving an order. If custom made, 1-5 business days from date of completion. From that point, it takes 1-12 business days for items to arrive depending what type of item you have purchased.
As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will keep you informed of where your order is at all times.
Do you offer returns?
Most of our items are made to order so we don't offer returns on those items. If it's not made to order, you have up to 7 days after delivery to start the return process.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel an order. The cancellation availability window is within 12 hours from time of order placement. If not cancelled before then, your item(s) will begin their journey to your doorstep starting with creation (if it's personalized).
